Both Kazuo Hirai and Sir Howard Stringer has already announced that we will offer for the affected users of the attack on the PlayStation Network protection against identity theft. Some of you may have seen already the details of this protection program for the users in the United States.

As we have previously stated before, it is a complicated process, a similar offer for the many countries across the SCEE region to develop. Each cross has its own methods to combat identity theft - some with very sophisticated protection offers, while others are as much more modest.

At the moment we still analyzing how to manage the situation best. Once the program is ready, we provide you the details of the nature and conduct of tenders for each individual country. We hope that this will happen early next week.

There are also soon "Welcome back" further information about the details of our program. We will offer the PSN users the opportunity to select two games from a list of five PS3 games. PSP users can select two games from a list of four games. We will leave very soon to know which games are available for selection.

Please be assured that we are still working around the clock to the PSN and Qriocity again as usual to offer.

I love sony. PSN being down hasn't bothered me at all and now I get 2 free games, sweet.

Jerrmy the COD escalation pack isn't even on PSN yet its only on xbox live until a month or so when PSN get it so no you won't be getting it for free and seriously COD.....get some better games, I haven't touched COD since I got Crysis 2.

Johnny are you 12? If I don't suck on CODs dick like everyone else I'm not a shooter fan? There are tons of different types of shooters not just "realistic" ones and also get yer facts right COD is not the most realistic by a long shot Battlefield and lots of other shooters are way more realistic, do you even know what recoil is? If you like COD good for you, most people do but don't try and say its THE BENCHMARK FOR SHOOTERS! Oh if I don't love COD I hate all shooting games.......wow really. Anyways escalation is pretty cool I'm on xbox live so I've played it I only care about the zombie map its soooo fun. Still though I would recommend Crysis 2, so much better.

And i would prefer CoD especially when its one of the most played games world wide its a Franchise.

I'm pretty sure we all have 4+ PSN accounts its not hard to make a new account but thats actually a good idea if they allow us to do that.
