DeeKay, I believe I may be able to answer your question.

To convert a US gamesave into a EU gamesave, my friend told me he uses a free to download save data editor program called "LaBoKo". Here is a download link he gave me:

I hope this helps, I am not a hacker, so I am relying on what my friend told me, as he is a hacker.

To stay fair i will try out both methodes & of course if both are working, then you will both receive a Ticket
