yah you can still rank up but there is a rumor going around that is psn people are going to reset the ranks tomorow and and maybe get a new patch tomorow.

I couldn't care less now lol I hardly play online anymore. I only write codes and make game saves.
I worked my ass off for my 4 star back in the day, but really, it doesn't mean that much to me.
