REQUEST SECTIONS REOPENING?

yo i was wonderin if the straight request section would ever open back up? i think it should be for like once a month or something. this banana thing is a lil nuts.
so yea im just like wonderin if maybe like the first three days of the month have the request section open or somethin... idk. im not on site enough for the banana stuff.
