HEN for 6.35/6.31

As I was on my usual browsing of wololo.net, I happened to spot this post from yesterday.

Yes, this is the brand-spankin' new HEN for 6.35 and 6.31, by Virtuous Flame and ColdBird.

I have already tested this out, and now my 3000 running 6.35 now has a fully functional HEN. I've had no problems yet, and I hope the same for anyone else who tries this.

The directions are simple. They are in the link.

Just replace the EBOOT in the download with the one in the HBL, and run the exploit.

Then, check your System Settings. You will have your 6.3X PRO.

NOTE: This is just a HEN. Meaning when your PSP runs out of battery, you will need to rerun the the exploit to get the HEN again. Not permanent CFW.

No VSH menu or Recovery or anything like that yet. No plug-ins, of course. This is just the first release, and there is much development to do on this yet. So, stay updated on this matter.

So if i wont update i can downgrade it in the future and be able to hack?

Yes. Don't update when 6.36 or whatever when it comes out. The downgrader will be released in the near future, so just hang tight for now with the HEN.

Here's another little update:

Prometheus ISO loader is working for this.

But not for all ISO/CSO's. There is a list of working ISO's and CSO's somewhere on the internet. I don't think any of the Socom games are on the list, though.

I've gotten Fat Princess to work with it. Fun game, by the way

when loading nhl 07 screen goes black doesnt freeze this mean its not working?

It works i tryed FIFA 11 and Resistance Retribution Rip Only Online and it work!

Try changing the driver on the Promethues menu. You might've had it on m33 driver. Try the other one, it's like NPsomething.

If that doesn't work, then it doesn't work.

m33 driver doesn't function properly i suggest using da other one as zkobman said

PSP>GAME>make a folder called 6.35 HEN>Put the eboot in the 6.35 HEN folder.

Actually...

This needs to be run with the HBL.

So you go from the root of your memory stick HBL>menu. Replace the EBOOT with the EBOOT from the download.

Then, run the exploit like normal to run the HBL. But instead, when the exploit hits, it will put you back to the XMB.

There, you have the HEN installed.

PLEASE POST RIGHT DIRECTIONS OR MORE CLEAR FOR THAT MATTER! PLEASE everytime i launch the demo it dont owrk. when i launch the demo and i press 'x' on the menu or 'o' it freezes. And does this void my warranty?? PLEASE HELp

Pretty much what I have found is that HBL 112 runs way more than PRO.

It's kinda sad since PRO is a HEN.
